I'll leave it as "políticas" rather than "póliza". "Póliza" in Spanish refers more to as documents with legal action, rather than what the workgroup is aiming for as to have an open dialogue about, how to manage these delicate policy topics related to politics and regulations. In the end, documents are issued, very similar to what a "policy" is but it's more an open discussion, and the documents are not closed decisions but possible solutions to the discussions that are being held inside the workgroup.
